Classroom Management in KC Sparkles. Each child has a cup labelled with their name. They can receive “sparkles” throughout the day for displaying positive (or desirable) behaviour. After receiving 5 sparkles, they are given a lolly, stamp or sticker. Students might also lose a sparkle as a consequence of negative behaviour. Consequences. Each child starts the day with their name on the “Super Stars” chart and remains there for positive behaviour. Children will be asked to stop any negative or undesirable behaviour. If the behavour continues, children will be asked to move their name in the following order: 1. Warning 2. Thinking time (within the classroom) 3. Consequence (this will vary but will usually be time out in KH)
