Well Done KC!

I am so proud of KC and how hard they have all worked this term. There has been so much progress, so much learning and lots of fun.

Congratulations to Ano, Karli and Darcy on your awards this week!

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish our families a happy and safe holiday. I hope you have lots of fun together but you also have a good rest.

I look forward to seeing you all in two and a half weeks time.

Winter Art Work

Over a series of lessons we created a lovely winter art work.
It is a colourful mitten hanging on a clothes line on a snowy winter's day.

First we used a four shades of blue paint and a sponge to create our background.

Once the blue paint dried we used a snow flake stamp and white paint to add our snow flakes.

To make the mitten we covered a mitten print with coloured squares of cellophane.

Finally, we glued our mitten onto our background along with string and a small peg.
